I had to bring my noodle dough to the gallery and make noodles here. I was having company for dinner at 6:30.....kind of underestimated the time I need to get noodles made for homemade chicken noodle soup. Soooo, I got the soup in the crock pot, made some quick egg noodle dough: 3 farm eggs, lightly beaten with 2 Tablespoons of milk or cream, 1 teaspoon salt, add enough flour to make a soft dough. Roll out in LOTS of flour.
I took pictures 'cause I forgot my rolling pin and had to improvise with a cardboard roll from wrapping paper. A bit flimsy but it worked!
