Artist's Biography~ Marian Wentz, a self-taught artist originally from Western Pennsylvania, now lives in Buffalo Wyoming. After experimenting with oils, pastels, watercolors, and acrylics, her medium of choice became acrylics. Currently, she is working with acrylics, creating decorative ornaments for Christmas and other decor.

Artist's statement~ Drawing and later painting has been a pleasant, relaxing part of my life since childhood. My best inspirations come from the beauty of nature gathered from photos, magazines, artist instruction books, and viewing other artist's works. The posiive reactions of friends after I have created something they had requested, is also so inspiring. The constant flow of ideas challenges me to bring them to reality. My desire is to create something that will bring the viewer thoughts of pleasant times, good feelings, and to leave them with the same wonder that I have myself, of the greatest creator of them all.
