Just finished hanging my Blueberry mirror in the gallery. This is a very, very old beveled and hand cut mirror....must be at least 100 years old. I found it in a 2nd hand store of course, painted white and sitting on the floor. Very heavy, probably a good 20 lbs.. I started with the deep periwinkle blue ground coat. 

I LOVE blueberries, must have been thinking about the coming season when I started the painting. I have broken out in hives from eating too many blueberries. If you've ever visited Michigan during blueberry season.....you know what i'm talking about. So this is my nod to all the blueberry lovers out there. Approximately 24 inches wide by 34 tall

The Poppy was discovered and taken to a new home on Tuesday. An artist and master gardener, she "had to plant it".  Sounds like the perfect home for an original flower made by a fellow artist and gardener. I'm hoping to have more of Becky's mosaic garden art in the gallery soon

Just got these rag bowls in by Colleen Zeglin. Her bowls are amazing and filled with details you can't see here. Each bowl has some little element of whimsy added to the design. I'm planning on putting some of these on the web store soon. I think 5 sold the first day in the gallery.....she is going to be busy!!
